A Jim ‘N Nick’s Manager is responsible for providing the leadership role to the employees in the restaurant. The manager upholds Jim ‘N Nick’s culture and standards in quality food and and service. The manager listens well and can accurately and empathetically extract both content and intent behind what is said, bring conflict into the open, and work to resolve it when necessary. The manager, in turn, enhances effectiveness, working relationships, and quality of work environment, and is able to communicate ideas articulately and with enthusiasm.
The Manager has solid organizational skills and attention to detail, and is flexible and able to multitask. Can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions. Has demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems, is an organized and clear thinker and communicator; and can speak and write with clarity and conciseness that is easily understood. Expresses ideas precisely, persuasively and effectively.
The Manager has proven track record of successful leadership in rapid growth environment with a performance history showing a strong background in training and developing people. Is comfortable and respectful with all employees, in all positions and levels (self-confidence with humility and regard for the worth of all). Possesses the ability to get results with and through a wide range of employees while having no direct authority over them. Exhibits a passion for Jim ‘N Nick’s becoming top tier/world class, and the energy and motivation to help get us there with a strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise.
